This is a DA Renegade Server Plugin.
It provides a new Spy_And_Chat_Crate and the NSA_Crate the abillity to read the enemie's team chat

add these lines to your da_crates.ini:

; The usal spy crate + the abillity to read the enemie's Teamchat for [Duration] seconds (300 by default)
[Spy_And_Chat_Crate] 
Odds = 1
Duration = 300

; Player can read the enemie's Teamchat for [Duration] seconds (120 by default)
[NSA_Crate]
Odds = 10
Duration = 120
